all have requirements that my skills and expertise can
fulfil. I can offer planned and reactive maintenance for
your needs.
Offices
If
you are a facilities manager looking to make cut backs
in today's economic climate have you thought about why
you pay a maintenance company to send someone in for one
day a week. Is there really enough work to fill one full
day EVERY week?
You
can call on me "as and when" you have a "to
do" list long enough to fill a whole day or I can
visit your place of work and complete your "to do"
list even if it's only a couple of hours work. You will
only be charged for the time needed to complete the work.
I can fulfil a wide range of routine maintenance tasks
as and when they are needed, as a small business I don't
have the overheads of a large maintenance company therefore
if you did need to hire me for a day I can almost certainly
guarantee my services will be more cost effective.
I'm
up to speed with today's health and safety requirements,
understand how businesses work and therefore can complete
any tasks you have safely and respectfully with minimal
disruption to staff. I'll arrive clean and uniformed and
leave the work area clean and tidy.
I
can paint offices and corridors, check toilets and taps
are functioning correctly and repair when necessary. I
can change light bulbs, replace carpet tiles, put up signage,
fix door handles, locks and closers, unblock sinks, fix
drawers and move furniture to name but a few.
Landlords
& letting agents
Between
tenants I can make repairs, paint walls and ceilings,
fit carpets, wood or laminate flooring, update a kitchen
or bathroom, change locks and tidy garden areas. You can
call me out for plumbing emergencies or to fix any accidental
damages your tenant may have caused.
Restaurants
If
your restaurant needs freshening up with new paint, the
bar area needs varnishing or your flooring needs replacing
I can carry out this work for you. I can even carry out
the work overnight so you don't loose profit by closing
down for a day.
Pubs
& clubs
Toilets
get blocked, taps can drip and doors come loose from hinges.
All manor of routine tasks can be undertaken, hanging
pictures, mirrors and signage, painting, plastering, tiling
and flooring.
Shops
Door
closers can fail, flooring can lift and cause a tripping
hazard, changing room door locks get damaged and pull
off with use, mirrors get smashed shelving needs repairing
or replacing. Whatever the task I'm sure I can help you
keep your area of business up to scratch.
