gallery style bedroom was separated from the living
area by adding a stud wall and door at the head of
the stairs. |

hallway, stairs and landing areas had the old wallpaper
stripped, the walls had a new plaster skim, coving
was fitted and then painted throughout. New carpet
was laid on the stairs and landing, laminate flooring
was fitted in the hallway. |

a bathroom was modernised with a complete refit, tiled
floor to ceiling, new basin, toilet, bath, radiator,
flooring and shower screen. |
